BATH BODYCOLOGY!!!

HAPPINESS IS A LONG HOT BUBBLE BATH!!

Sweta

Posting something which is practiced for personal hygiene, religious ritual or therapeutic purposes.something we do almost on a daily basis. Bath. Submergence in water helps to reduce pain and inflammation in the muscles and body, and soaking is a great way to help our bodies heal. Whether we’re tense from a long day behind a desk or an active workout, relaxing in a sumptuous bubble dip helps us to wind down, this is what I am penning down in my post today.

Most of us know about various cleansing patterns, but there is something deliciously soothing about a hot tub, it makes us feel weightless. Hot water is a natural and reassuring element. You just have to add bath bombs, essential oils or bath salts and there you go, you can create your own little sanctuary that will refresh your spirits and relax your limbs. A nice planned to bath always gives you a relaxing and reinvigorating experience. Close your eyes and let your worries float away, feel your tension at ease and awaken your senses.

Here are some tips and tricks to get that awesomeness of water to please your faculties.

  • Try steam shower daily. It opens up the pores of your skin and helps ease out the lousy blackheads and sister whiteheads that can keep your need for a monthly facial at bay. Try to aim the shower first at the back then at the front, face and shoulders using tranquil body wash which you can scrub gently with your fingertips. Your back supports the whole body structure so if you soothe it first you will generate your calm cells in the body. Taking a hot shower on the face also helps to reduce wrinkles. Keep your bathroom door shut to contain the steam within your shower area to let open bodily pores to the fullest. Switch to cool water for the final rinse.
  • Freebie fluffy Nylon loofahs are actually helpful in getting rid of dead skin. Scrub your knees, ankles, elbows, and armpits for that squeaky clean feel. Another kind of loofah that works well is the traditional loofah, as it’s an actual seedpod of tropical gourds. Naturally abrasive, it scrubs well. Don’t forget to dot the loofah with a spot of scrub for a quick job.
  • Sprinkle a few drops of aroma oil, chamomile, rose or lavender extracts into your bucket or tub for a soothing bath experience. Those fragrances have natural extracts to alleviate your senses.

I hope these super easy tricks and tips you are definitely going to use to dulcify your nous and going to try this in your following bath routine.

Also apart from those bath routines above, you can also try different types of baths such as:

  • Aromatherapy Bath: It is usually done by using aromatic fragrances. The scent, water and soothing heat generate a wonderful relaxation and healing effect. Pour in a few caps of bubble bath liquid and you are good to go. I used https://www.amazon.ca/Dr-Teals-Foaming-Lavender-Fluid/dp/B0080D1Q52 bath liquid with amazing Lavender fragrance.
  • Childhood Bath ( this is one of my favourites): Usually done by using a bubble bath bomb I usually use pink ones. The practice is popular for personal bathing because of the belief that it cleanses the skin, and that the foam insulates the bath water, keeping it warm for longer.
  • Milk Bath: By using soda bicarbonate. To make a baking soda bath, add between ¼ to 2 cups of baking soda to warm bath water and stir it around to let it dissolve. Once the baking soda has completely dissolved, soak it in the tub for up to 40 minutes. After the bath, pat the skin dry with a towel and use a natural oil or lotion to moisturize the skin.

All the ingredients used are handily available at your nearest store, so what are you waiting for, just try one of these and get a Spa Experience in the comfort of your home.
