HOW: This exercise is designed to work the deep muscles of the lower half of your face in order to strengthen the area under the skin. Just don’t overdo this exercise.

GET TO IT: Pucker up and make an O shape without showing your teeth. Smile widely while keeping your teeth hidden, repeat six times. Hold the smile while gracing one index finger on the chin. Start moving your jaw up and down as you gently tilt your head. Relax and repeat twice.

SMILE WILDER

HOW: This exercise lifts and firms the cheeks, jaw and nose, and diminishes lines around the mouth.

GET TO IT: Open your mouth wide and form an O with your lips. Fold your lips over your teeth. Hold lips tight and smile. Hold. Count to 20 relax and repeat 4-6 times.

LOOK SHARP

HOW: This is a great exercise to increase the strength of your extraocular muscles. Do this for at least 3-6 months for stronger eye muscles.

GET TO IT: Keeping your head still and using only your eyes, look up as high as you can and hold for a count of 5. Then drop your eyes quickly and again hold for a count of 5 repeat 3 times. Keeping your head facing towards, look to the left and hold for a count of 5. Then repeat to the right. Repeat the whole st 3 times.

SMOOTH OUT YOUR BROWS

HOW: It is designed to smoothen the lines on your forehead. You are physically relaxing your forehead muscles with this exercise, thereby reducing your activity.

GET TO IT: Place both hands on your forehead facing inward and spread your finger out. Sweep your finger outward across your forehead to physically smoothen those lines. Relax and repeat 10 times.
